Answers
- Why are some movies divided into scenes?
- Where possible we offer both full length movies and mini-movies. These "mini-movies" contain
the best scenes from our full length features and average 10 - 30 minutes. We DO NOT break them
up into 1 minute clips like many others do.
- What are the System Requirements to download and watch the movie?
- To download the movie you will need a high speed (DSL/Cable/T-1/Broadband)
internet connection. You will also need a computer with enough hard disk to
store the movie for playback
- To play the movie you need a fairly recent computer with:
At least a 500 MHz Pentium processor with 128MB RAM
A Video card and a monitor
A sound card and speakers to hear the audio (optional)
Windows Media Player Series 9
Microsoft Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or above (or) Nestcape Navigator 7.0 or above

- Yes, we work just fine with AOL 8 and above.
- Can I download and watch movies if I use Netscape?
- Yes.
- Can I use WebTV?
- No way.
- Where do I save the movie on my computer?
- When you start the download, we will ask you where you want to save it. We
suggest you keep them in a directory (or folder) that you can remember so you
can find them later. Most people choose the "My Documents" folder.
- What if my download gets interrupted or I have to shut the computer off?
- When you go back to re-download it again the program knows you started at least
once before and automatically starts up again.
- Is there a download manager (client) placed on my computer like some others do?
- We do not force you to use a download manger or monitoring client. Our movies will download
very easily without one. If you really want a download manager, here are several you can use
from reputable companies.
- How do I download movies if I have a firewall?
- Our movie downloads have no problems with firewalls. Because we use your
browser to start the download you shouldn't see any problems.
- How soon can I watch the downloaded movie?
- As soon as the movie is fully downloaded to your computer you can watch it. Our
mini-movies average 160MB and take several minutes to download while full length, 90
minute movies average 700MB and take a bit longer.
- Will I need to be connected to the internet to watch a movie?
- You will need to be connected the first time you start to watch the movie
on a computer. After that you do not need to be connected to watch
the movie.
- How long can I keep the movie on my computer?
- Keep your movies as long as you want. If you want to watch them after your rental
period expires you will be asked to renew your licenses online - but you do not have to
download it again.
